
Amanda Louise Holden was born on the 16th of February in 1971. She is an English actress also known as a journalist and singer. She has been a judge for Britain's Got Talent since 2007. She also hosts the Heart Breakfast radio show with Jamie Theakston on weekday mornings. Holden was born in Portsmouth, Hampshireand spent much of her childhood in Bishop's Waltham, and aged nine, she was a member of the Bishop's Waltham Little Theatre Company. Holden also has TV credits that include three series together with Caroline Quentin and Chris Langham on the comedy Kiss Me Kate, three episodes of ITV's The Grimleys and Celeb With Harry Enfield on BBC, and a Boxing Day special Agatha Christie's Marple Episode "4.50 from Paddington" with Geraldine McEwan and John Hannah. He co-starred with Bill Nighy (and Tom Courtenay) in Ready When You Are Mr. McGill, Jack Rosenthal's comedy drama. Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams are judges on Britain's Got Talent. In 2006, she joined the show.
